We had a pleasure to take part in conference entitled “Scandinavia within your reach. Possibilities for Polish enterprises” organised by Katowicka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna. Our experts, Andrzej Marton and Paweł Tomasik focused on selected legal aspects of conducting business activity in Denmark, including, on types of companies in the Danish legal system, tax brackets, and the system of public procurements.

We would like to thank the organisers and participants of the conference for a great atmosphere and interesting questions. We hope that our short introduction and attempt at explaining the sepcifics of the Danish market will encourage the entrepreneurs present in the room to take steps and enter this market.
