Graduate of Warsaw University, Department of Law and Administration (diploma 2003). During his studies Paweł gained experience on student trainings in Tax Chamber in Warsaw and in Ernst & Young. In 2003 he started his co-operation with Peter Nielsen & Partners Law Office. Paweł is an attorney-at-law registered in the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

Paweł Nowak is an expert in energy, environmental and corporate matters. Paweł advises clients from the various energy sectors ― including such renewable energy sources like wind and landfill gas. His experience includes advising and representing clients in matters related to the support system for renewable energy, power purchase agreements as well as permissions for, development, financing and exploitation of wind power projects. Paweł has been the leader of the team performing commercial and regulatory due diligence of wind parks and transferring wind parks to project companies. He also advises investors in purchase, development and construction of photovoltaic projects.

Within the area of corporate law, Paweł assists clients in company formation, liquidation, reorganization, establishment of branches, representative offices, etc.

He also specializes in cross-border tax and employment problems as well as tax cases connected with energy sector.
